One of the things that keeps us from seeing the breathtaking wonders of our God and truly seeing the pleasant land is anxiety and conflict, conflict within, and outside us. Conflicting desires, dreams, visions, circumstances, demands, perceptions, beliefs, what ifs, I wish, I regret, relational conflict, etc.
May we settle anxiety and conflict in our lives, marriages, families, visions, work, health, etc, by the truth that it is only God who knows the times and makes conflict and war end; and we must always find the places of stillness He has defined and guaranteed by His word defining the pleasant boundary lines around you.
Psalms 46:8-10 ” [8-9] Everyone look! Come and see the breathtaking wonders of our God. For he brings both ruin and revival. He’s the one who makes conflicts end throughout the earth, breaking and burning every weapon of war. [10] Surrender your anxiety. Be still and realize that I am God. I am God above all the nations, and I am exalted throughout the whole earth.” PRAYER: Father, in the Name of Jesus, I and everything that concerns me choose to be still and acknowledge your place and power as God over every conflict within and out of our borders and to bring revival in those places of ruin, Amen.
