Nugget 59: The Lord is our Light

Isaiah 60:1-2 Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.

It is important to behold the glory yourself. When others are seeing what you don’t see, it becomes challenging to make strides in your walk.

It is a promise of restoration. It is an encouragement to continue to hope in the Lord your glory. Lift up your eyes in this new month and behold the glory of God.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, you are our glory, and we choose to bow down in your presence and worship you, Amen.
