When all this happened to the disciples, they did not know what was coming ahead of them. Greater responsibility, greater assignments, and all.
We are in the passover season. What do you want Jesus to wash away from your feet that you may walk in victory? The bible says blessed are the feet that bear good news.
Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good [things,] Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, ” Your God reigns!”
Let your feet be washed by the Lord this day that mountains will know that your God reigns. You will bear good news, peace, joy, and salvation to your family and all. Let your feet be washed.
John 13:3-5 Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God, rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself. After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe [them] with the towel with which He was girded.
PRAYER: Father, in the Name of Jesus, I present my feet and the feet of my children and loved ones, those you have given to us before you today that you may wash us from every filth, pain, and remove cracks we may have picked up along the path of our life in this world so that we can walk in a new glory, and let my priesthood be made whole, Amen
