Psalms 37:23-25 The steps of a man are established by the LORD, when he delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the LORD upholds his hand. I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread.
When the Lord tells you to move forward, He does not leave you alone. He is there to continue with you, just remember He is there and don’t walk alone.
The devil will always want to draw you back to old places, whether through your dreams or physically, but today, the blood of Jesus judges every spirit of retardation. Walk away from the old places, reject those old places, and let God lead you to the path of righteousness.
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
You go forward ever and backward never. For your path is directed by the Lord your God.
Father, in the Name of Jesus, thank you for your power that has delivered us from all old places, places of shame, reproach, and all that doesn’t bring you glory. We ask you today to judge the spirit of retardation in our lives, Amen.
